GARMENT CARE1.CottonMachine wash in cold water. Always pre-treat the areas underarms, around neck with stain remover.
2.Cashmere & WoolHand wash in lukewarm water, lay flat to dry.
3.SilkSilk is a delicate protein fibre. Dry clean is highly recommended, lay flat to dry.
4.DenimMachine wash inside out in warm water, lay flat to dry.
5.NylonMachine wash in cold water. Avoid rubbing with other fabrics.6.PolyesterMachine wash inside out in warm water. Tumble dry on a cool setting
*Last but not least, always check the fabric care label for recommendations.*
2. How much shipping fee do we charge?

*Shipping fee may adjust from time to time due to extra charges for resource allocation fee and fuel surcharge.
3. When will customer receive the order?
*If your order includes pre-order items, it may take a longer time to receive your order, please refer to the notes on the pre-order item page.
*In case of any disputes, AALIS reserves the right of final decision.*
The items will only be eligible for exchange or return under the following conditions: - All items must be returned within 12 days from the date of receipt. - The items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and perfect in condition. - The items must be with the original tags, receipt and packaging attached.
*For pre-order items, 12 days will be counting from the day we dispatch your order.
*Please be kindly aware that each order is eligible to exchange or return for once only.

A refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 7 business days of receiving and confirming your return.
