GARMENT CARE

1.Cotton
Machine wash in cold water. Always pre-treat the areas underarms, around neck with stain remover.

2.Cashmere & Wool
Hand wash in lukewarm water, lay flat to dry.

3.Silk
Silk is a delicate protein fibre. Dry clean is highly recommended, lay flat to dry.

4.Denim
Machine wash inside out in warm water, lay flat to dry.

5.Nylon
Machine wash in cold water. Avoid rubbing with other fabrics.

6.Polyester
Machine wash inside out in warm water. Tumble dry on a cool setting

*Last but not least, always check the fabric care label for recommendations.*

• Local delivery: SF Express
• International delivery: SF Express / EMS

2. How much shipping fee do we charge?

• Local free delivery spent over: HKD$1500
• Local delivery: HKD$35

*Shipping fee may adjust from time to time due to extra charges for resource allocation fee and fuel surcharge.

3. When will customer receive the order?

• Local delivery: 3-8 working days
• International delivery: 5-15 working days

*If your order includes pre-order items, it may take a longer time to receive your order, please refer to the notes on the pre-order item page.

• Our exchange and return policy

The items will only be eligible for exchange or return under the following conditions:
- All items must be returned within 12 days from the date of receipt.
- The items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and perfect in condition.
- The items must be with the original tags, receipt and packaging attached.

*For pre-order items, 12 days will be counting from the day we dispatch your order.

*Please be kindly aware that each order is eligible to exchange or return for once only.

Please kindly that all sale items and promotional items are not eligible for returns, refunds and exchange. AALIS reserves the right to reject returns which do not comply with our return policy.

During our special promotional period, if you wish to return some items in your order, the discount will be subtracted.

• Exchange or Return Procedures

1. Send a return request via order history return button or (click here), you may also whatsapp AALIS online customer services at (+852) 9738 3278 directly.
2. Send your returned product(s) back to us at your cost and provide the shipping number for us;
3. AALIS will perform a standard product inspection;
4. Refund would be issued if the product(s) is in a satisfactory condition and that you have fully complied with the terms and conditions.

*Please note that original shipping fee will not be refunded and all return shipping fee must be prepaid. We cannot accept cod returns.*

• When will you get your refunds?

A refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 7 business days of receiving and confirming your return. Once your refund has been processed, a confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided. Your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund to your account, you can check with them directly.
